I'm back with another update on Magic Pages, and boy, do I have some exciting news to share with you today.
First and foremost, the Ukrainian agency I'm working with on the email sending functionality has sent me a first beta version, and it's blowing my mind. In just one week, they've created something that works incredibly well. While a few bugs need to be ironed out, I'm confident that we're on the right track.
Funny side note: the agency said that they had only tested it with 50 emails, and "the real test would be to send a lot of emails".
Well, if you know me, you know that I take stuff like that serious 🤣
I created a CSV file with 5,000 random names and emails, uploaded it to the Magic Pages/Ghost interface, and scheduled two newsletters. In just five minutes, Magic Pages had the task of sending out 10,000 emails. Check out this quick video of how it went 👇

In other news, I've been hard at work finishing up the onboarding flow for the customer portal. It's been a bit more work than I anticipated, as I want to include the logic flow for when Magic Pages is open for subscriptions, not just lifetime deals. But it's looking good, and in my tests, I've been able to sign up, create an account, add some basic information about my website, and have that website automatically created. I'm still figuring out some technical aspects related to domain names, but I'm confident I'll have that figured out this weekend.
Finally, I wanted to update you on the Twitter community. Some people are telling me that they don't get notified or see posts, so I'm not sure if we're going to keep it. Especially now that Twitter seems to be going down the drain 😅. I'll keep adding stuff there and will send you weekly emails – but let's see how things develop.
That's all for now. As always, thank you for your continued support. And please don't hesitate to reach out with any thoughts or ideas.
Cheers,
Jannis
