Ghost introduced an on-board image editing capatibility in autumn 2023 and made this available for every customer on Ghost(Pr0).
Pintura is also available on Magic Pages' Pro plans. If you do not see the image editing option in your Ghost editor, chances are you're on a Starter plan. To edit images natively in Ghost you can simply upgrade to the Pro plan.
