Now Available

Automatic Charging for Email Overages

Subscription customers will now have their additional email charges automatically processed using their card on file, making the experience much smoother and more convenient.

What Changed?

Previously, all charges for email overages were handled by manual transactions. When a customer exceeded their plan's email sending limit, they would receive an email at the end of their billing period with a payment link. This process, while functional, wasn't ideal for customers who regularly send more emails than their plan includes.

Now, the process differs based on your plan:

For Monthly/Yearly Subscription Customers

  • When you exceed your email limit, the additional emails will be automatically charged to your card on file at the end of the billing period
  • You'll receive a notification email detailing the charge and usage
  • The standard rate of $5 per 10,000 additional emails remains unchanged
  • No action required from your side - everything happens automatically

For Lifetime Customers

  • The process remains unchanged
  • You'll receive an email with a payment link at the end of your billing period
  • The same rate of $5 per 10,000 additional emails applies

This change significantly improves the experience for subscription customers who regularly exceed their email limits. Instead of having to manually process payments each month, the charges are now handled automatically - just like your regular subscription payments.
