Currently, customers who exceed the standard monthly email limits (2,000 emails on the Starter plan, 10,000 emails on the Pro plan) need to make payments each month. On monthly and yearly plans, these charges happen automatically, however for lifetime customers, the payment needs to be processed manually.
This manual process can be inconvenient, especially if you regularly hit your email limits. Due to the nature of lifetime plans and the underlying payment infrastructure, automatic charges are not possible in this case.

Soon, you'll be able to pre-pay for additional email capacity in advance, with flexible options to suit your needs. This means that you can purchase email blocks ahead of time when it's convenient for you.
For businesses, this also means that there is the option of handling one invoice for a bigger email quantity, rather than monthly smaller charges.
