This is more of an update for internal processes at Magic Pages, but I still think it is worth sharing. So far, customer reviews (seen on Magic Pages' website) were collected through an external service, which sometimes raised questions on how these came to be. As of today, you can submit your feedback directly from the Support page in your customer portal while staying within the Magic Pages ecosystem.
Why This Matters
Customer feedback is incredibly valuable for improving Magic Pages. With this integrated approach, anybody can be sure that the testimonials you see on the Magic Pages website truly come from real customers using the platform.
The reviews you submit (when you choose to make them public) will then be featured on the website.

The data will be securely stored in Magic Pages backend database, eliminating one more external service outside of my control. So...two birds, one stone!
