New Customer Support Infrastructure

Last updated: 04 December 2023

We have upgraded our customer support infrastructure by integrating Chatwoot, a self-hosted, open-source solution.

This will replace the old live-chat within our customer portal, as well as an email inbox. Chatwoot combines both of these into a shared inbox, giving us a better overview of support requests. The live chat is now integrated both on our website and in the customer portal.

For our customers nothing has changed. You can still reach us at help@magicpages.co as well as in our live chat and will receive a reply from us within one business day – sometimes even in a few minutes 😉

The new infrastructure emphasises Magic Pages' commitment to strong data privacy, as Chatwoot operates entirely on our own infrastructure, rather than using third-party services.

Built by Magic Pages customers
