Updated Berlin Theme to v1.1.0

The Belrin theme has been updated to v1.1.0 after some bug reports. Changes are:
? Improved custom settings for CTA and About sections.
? Fixed About section not being displayed.
If you're using the Berlin theme, you can go to your design settings in Ghost and simply update the theme there.
