Development Update #9 on Magic Pages

It's been a relatively quiet week in terms of major updates, but I still have a few things to share.

Most of my focus over the past week has been on the theme system. I've been working on defining what common elements should be there, while also figuring out how we can use the latest feature implementations of Ghost, such as comments. This is a bit of a puzzle, but I'm making good progress and hope to have some solid themes to share with you soon.

Unfortunately, a bug has uncovered some necessary changes in the setup flow of websites. This prompted me to halt progress a bit and really analyze things properly to make sure we're on the right track. While it may be slightly frustrating, I know it's important to take the time to get these things right.

On the bright side, I believe we're still on track to release a version 1 to you by next week, complete with 1-2 themes to get started with.

As always, thank you for your continued support. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any thoughts or ideas.

Cheers,
Jannis

PS: This email is actually another little test I am doing – I am writing this at 4:30pm (CEST), but I am scheduling the email update to go out at 5:45pm (CEST). Fingers crossed it works 😉
